You really can't use the word " time share" to describe the types of clubs , and intervals available in the Vail Valley !

The Ritz Carlton Club, in Bachelor Gulch Village, can be purchased in 1-12/ interests , entitling owners to a minimum of 21 days each year , as well as unlimited access on a space available basis. Membership costs range from $190,000 - $420,000 for 2 or 3 bedroom units .

The Sonnenalp Club , is located right next to the Covered Bridge , in Vail Village . The management is very service oriented , and can make for a first class vacation, but with an equity interest. 2 bedroom resales from the low $200,000's.

The Hyatt Vacation Club, in Beaver Creek Village, is more of a traditional arrangement , with prices depending on size , and the season the week is purchased . Many people follow the name brand, and feel there is value in being involved with a repected resort hotel operator .

The Private Reserve Club offers an interest in multiple private homes, the Sheraton has a large project in Avon.
